CCHP (combined cooling, heat and power) feasibility analysis as part of a multi-phase real estate development project. Conducted site walk and inventory. Developed detailed equipment basis of design including site plan and architectural sketches/renderings. Built discounted cashflow model and developed lending options. Simultaneously developed RFP process for contractors to bid as customer-owned and third-party owned. Consolidated findings and populated a matrix of options and perspectives. Packaged models and analysis into a final project report.
